My Style of Yoga

Fresh expressions of Hatha Yoga and Spiritual Care.

Every class plan is tried and tested on my own mat and handwritten with love. The unique personalities and needs of my students are at the heart of my work. Inspiration comes from a theme, a word, a posture, a feeling, something I’ve read or an experience in my week or in the world!

The weekly practices are fresh, with challenges to choose from and full of enthusiasm with a gentle, soft pastoral focus. My classes are for free or donation based. 10% of all my income goes to charities suggested by my students each month.

I was taught by British Wheel of Yoga teacher, Jean Rhodes between 2007 – 2018 and she was taught by Pam Horton and Christine Pickering in Cumbria UK.

My Yoga Scotland Hatha Yoga tutors were Carole Godridge, Jackie Le Brocq and Judy Cameron. Tina Gilbert (Anatomy and Physiology) and Elizabeth Roberts (Yoga Philosophy).  Yoga With Adrienne on You tube is also a favourite home practice of mine!

Samantha Coe and Noel Sharp are local teachers whose retreats or teaching I go to whenever possible. Going with Noel and his group to Kailasam Retreat Centre, in Kerala, South India in January 2020 was an unforgettable highlight on my own Yoga journey. Teaching one of his sessions in the beautiful Shala there will stay with me forever!
