  • Completed a 2 year 500 hour Yoga Scotland Teacher Training Diploma in 2018 in Edinburgh.
  • Completed Trauma Informed 50 Hour Course for Yoga Teachers with Edinburgh Community Yoga 2020.
  • Completed YogaBeez 32 hours Foundation Course 2021.
  • Yoga Alliance accreditation to teach Yoga to children aged 2-12 and Teens.
  • Completed YogaBeez 95 hours Advanced Course 2021.
  • Adult Mental Health Aware certificate (MHFA England) in 2022.
  • Yoga for Menopause CPD Day with Caroline Urch Phipps in 2023.
  • Completed online Chair based Yoga course taught by Maria Jones, Yuva Yoga, 2024.
  • Completed YMCAFit, London, Total Barre Instructor Foundation Course (Merrithew), 2024.
